YOUR Drop off APPOINTMENT

Hooray, it’s time to get the clutter out of your house! Please select a drop-off appointment in your consignor account. First wave consignors drop off at your scheduled time on Wed or Thurs. Second Wave consignors drop off Friday 8-8:30 am. Please plan to arrive at the top of your 30 minute window (i.e. if your window is 9-9:30 am, please arrive as close to 9 am as possible.)

It is MANDATORY that clothing arrives organized by size and gender and all hangers are facing like a “?”. Ensure all items are in CLEAN, working condition and that battery operated items turn on. We highly suggest a wagon or rolling suitcases to help you!

Where to Drop Off

Please see the map below for the drop off locations. Check your consignor account to see if you selected North Drive or Lot C as your appointment location.

NORTH DRIVE DROP OFFS take place at the North/191st Street side of Grand Park Event Center. Park along North Drive and enter any of the open doors. Please be mindful of staying parked on North Drive for NO LONGER than 30 minutes. Please do not pull too far into the grass on the north side and please make sure to leave enough room for cars to pass by.

LOT C DROP OFFS – Park In Lot C and enter Doors 6/7.

OVERFLOW/MORE TIME NEEDED: If you need more than 30 minutes to drop off, please move your vehicle from North Drive to Lot C and enter Doors 6/7 to return to the floor to finish distributing your items. This will allow the next group of drop off consignors access to the North Drive.

Interested in Donating Unsold Items?

We help those less fortunate through our charity partner Good Samaritan Network of Hamilton County. Donation receipts are available and an itemized report can be printed from you consignor account after the sale.

Restocking

Restocking, when allowed, is an excellent opportunity to sell additional items that you find after you shopped the Pre-Sale or to bring items that you might not have tagged in time. It is for current consignors only. You will receive an email from Whale of a Sale if Restocking will be happening during the sale – so stay tuned!

Only equipment, large toys and higher dollar items will be accepted.

All items will be screened by a check-in volunteer.

All accepted re-stocking items will immediately go on the sales floor.,
