YOUR Drop off APPOINTMENT
Hooray, it’s time to get the clutter out of your house! Please select a drop-off appointment in your consignor account. Please plan to arrive at the top of your 30 minute window (i.e. if your window is 9-9:30, please arrive as close to 9 as possible.)
It is MANDATORY that clothing arrives organized by size and gender and all hangers are facing like a “?”. Ensure all items are in CLEAN, working condition and that battery operated items turn on.
Allow 30 minutes for your drop off, depending on how many items you’re bringing. If you need more than 30 minutes, please move your vehicle to the B Lot before returning to the floor to finish distributing your items to their proper location. This will allow the next group of drop off consignors access to the alley which can become congested during peak drop off times.
Where to Drop Off
Please see the map below for the drop off location. You can park anywhere along “North Drive” to bring your items through the open doors. Please be mindful of staying parked on North Drive for NO LONGER than 30 minutes. Please do not pull too far into the grass on the north side and please make sure to leave enough room for cars to pass by.
- Bring items into the sale organized by category (see below).
Visit the following stations around the sales floor to drop your items:
• Nursery Items
• Clothing: You will hang on the racks with directional assistance from our volunteers.
• Hold Tag Items: Equipment/Large Items/Bikes/Purses/Diaper Bags
You’ll be placing your items on the sales floor as well as creating large item claim tags. If you send your husband/friend, ensure they are prepared to handle this for you.

Interested in Donating Unsold Items?
We help those less fortunate through our charity partner Good Samaritan Network of Hamilton County. Donation receipts are available and an itemized report can be printed from you consignor account after the sale.
Restocking, when allowed, is an excellent opportunity to sell additional items that you find after you shopped the Pre-Sale or to bring items that you might not have tagged in time. It is for current consignors only. You will receive an email from Whale of a Sale if Restocking will be happening during the sale – so stay tuned!
Only equipment, large toys and higher dollar items will be accepted.
All items will be screened by a check-in volunteer.
All accepted re-stocking items will immediately go on the sales floor.,
